Cannon Spike cover feature/review in Oct. 2000 issue of Gamefan

With its great art, music, combination of shooter and melee action, and multiplayer, the Psikyo/Capcom title Cannon Spike is one of my favorite third party Dreamcast games. The game didn’t exactly set the world on fire sales-wise, but it definitely had its devotees, which included Gamefan magazine. They even loved it enough to give it a cover feature! For posterity, I scanned the cover and article below:

  1. Oh, wow. Nice scans, man. This game was pretty cool! I loved the multiple endings. A lot like Sonic Wings. Great games all around.

I forgot about all the endings! Such a great game; it borders on criminal that CS isn’t available on XBLA or PSN. More people need to experience this gem!
